The short answer
Gamma sells two sets of plans, and only one of them has a published dollar figure.

Those figures are annual per seat, and they come from Gamma’s own help centre, read 1 September 2026. Four things confirm the period: the same article states Team plans are annual only, the Business tab of the pricing page carries no monthly billing toggle at all while the Individual tab does, and the two tiers sit in exactly the same 2 to 1 ratio on both the dollar figures and the local-currency card.
The minimums are the part people miss. Team is two seats, so the floor is $480 a year even for a pair. Business is ten seats, so the floor is $4,800 a year whether you have ten people or three. And on Team you cannot drop back to one: Gamma will refuse to remove a member if it would take the workspace below two.
The individual plans have no published dollar price
Gamma’s individual tiers are Free, Plus, Pro and Ultra, and they are priced in local currency with no currency selector anywhere on the page.
We loaded the pricing page in a full Chrome session on 1 September 2026 and it served rupees. There is no dropdown to change it, ?currency=USD does nothing, and the underlying page data carries no currency field because the figures come from a runtime API call. There is also no usable archived copy, because that same API call means every Wayback snapshot of the page archives with the price fields empty.
So we are not going to print a dollar figure for Plus, Pro or Ultra. What we can give you is the structure, which does not change by country:

Annual billing saves up to 26%, and annual plans get the same monthly credit allowance as monthly ones, issued monthly rather than up front.
The refund rule almost nobody reads
This is the thing worth knowing before you subscribe to anything at Gamma, and it is not on the pricing page.
Since 1 December 2025, refunds are available only within three days of subscribing, only by contacting support, and only if your credit usage has stayed under a threshold. Cancelling inside three days does not refund you automatically.

Read the Ultra row again. You are buying the largest plan precisely because you intend to generate a lot, and using more than a tenth of your first month’s allowance ends your refund eligibility. The plans people buy to test hardest are the plans with the tightest thresholds.
The practical advice is simple: if you are trialling a paid Gamma plan, do your evaluation on the free tier first and keep your paid-plan usage under the threshold until you have decided. Three days is not long, and the credit limit is the real constraint, not the clock.
What extra credits cost, and the multi-seat trap
Extra credits are $6 for 1,500, sold only in 1,500 blocks. That is one of the few dollar figures Gamma publishes anywhere.
Two things about that.
Credits are not pooled. Each member of a workspace has their own balance. There is no shared team pot, so a heavy user cannot draw on a light user’s allowance, and one person running out does not mean the workspace has run out.
Auto-recharge bills per member. If you enable it, every member whose balance drops below the threshold triggers a separate charge. Gamma’s own example: three teammates crossing the line at once is three charges, $18, not one. There is also a single threshold for the whole workspace, so you cannot set a lower trigger for the light users.
One-time purchases are available only in single-user workspaces. If you run a team, auto-recharge is the only route, which means the per-member billing above is not optional.
The other terms that shape the bill
Removed members can still cost you. If you add users and do not settle the added charges immediately, Gamma still collects them even after those users are removed. It resolves on the next cycle, but it looks like a double bill when it lands.
Cancelling wipes credits above 400. You keep access until the end of the billing period, and after that everything above the free allowance disappears, purchased credits included.
Bank transfer is US and EU only, and ACH requires a minimum of 25 licences. Cards work everywhere. If you are a non-US, non-EU organisation that cannot put a large annual commitment on a card, that is a real constraint and it is worth raising early.
Team and Business are self-serve. No sales call, no demo gate. You put in a card and you are billed for the minimum seat count immediately. Above roughly a hundred people, Gamma points you at its contact form and the Enterprise tier.

We did not run a hands-on trial of Gamma for this page. This is desk research and here is exactly what it consisted of.
We loaded gamma.app/pricing in a full Chrome session on 1 September 2026, entered through Gamma’s own navigation, and read both the Individual and Business tabs. The page served local currency and offered no way to change it, which is why no dollar figure appears here for Plus, Pro or Ultra.
