Wise Agent Review (2026): The $49 CRM Is Real, the Sticker Price Is a Starting Bid

4.1
Our Score

Last tested: July 2026

Wise Agent is the cheapest full real estate CRM we track, and unlike most “cheap” claims in this industry, the number on the pricing page is real. $49 per month, month-to-month, up to 5 team members, 24/7 support, 14-day trial, no contract. We verified every figure on Wise Agent’s official pricing page on July 19, 2026, and the striking thing is how stable it has been: these prices have barely moved in years while rivals reprice annually.

So why does this review exist? Because the $49 sticker is a starting bid, not a total. The version of Wise Agent most working agents actually want, with texting, individual team logins, and the AI bot answering leads at 11pm, costs meaningfully more, and no other review we found does that math. There is also a two-AI-products confusion running through most coverage that we want to clear up, plus a whole $69 WiseSocial tier that 2024-era reviews simply miss.

We spent time in the platform, priced out realistic solo and team configurations, and scored it 4.1 out of 5. Here is the full picture.

Wise Agent scores 4.1/5. The $49/mo CRM (5 users, ~$9.80/agent) is genuinely the cheapest full real estate CRM we track, and the included GPT-4 writing assistant is real AI. Budget for add-ons: a realistic solo setup runs ~$60/mo, a 5-person team with texting and individual logins ~$140/mo.

Standout Price and price stability: $49/mo covering 5 users, unchanged for years, with a GPT-4 writing assistant included
Watch out for Add-on creep (texting, logins, AI bot), a dated interface, and a 500-email/day send cap
Skip it if You want IDX websites, deep automation, or big-team reporting in one platform

What Wise Agent actually is

Wise Agent homepage
Wise Agent homepage

Wise Agent has been around since 2002, which makes it one of the oldest real estate CRMs still independently operating. The core product is a contact-and-transaction CRM: lead capture from 100+ sources, drip campaigns, a landing page builder, transaction checklists, commission tracking, a shared team calendar, and integrations with the usual suspects (Google, Zillow, RealGeeks, BombBomb, and so on).

In our runs, the honest description is “a lot of function behind an old face.” Almost everything a solo agent needs day to day is in there somewhere. Finding it is the work. The interface is dense, menu-heavy, and visibly from an earlier design era, which is the single most consistent complaint in user reviews too (Capterra has it at 4.4/5 across roughly 531 reviews as of this writing, a reported figure, with the interface being the recurring knock).

Two things offset the dated shell. First, support is genuinely 24/7 and humans answer, which at this price point is unusual. Second, the pricing model is friendly in a way that has become rare: month-to-month, no contract, and 5 team members included on the base plan through a shared login. That last detail is why the effective per-agent cost can drop to around $9.80, a number no competitor in the space touches. For context, Follow Up Boss starts at $69 per user per month, and we ranked Wise Agent as the budget escape hatch in our Follow Up Boss alternatives roundup for exactly this reason.

Wise Agent also picked up a Forbes Advisor best-CRM nod in 2022, 2023, and 2024. Worth knowing, but treat it as a 2022-2024 credential, not a current-year award.

The two AI products, and why every review conflates them

This is the part most coverage gets wrong, so we are going to be precise. Wise Agent has two separate AI products with completely different billing:

1. The AI Writing Assistant. Included in the base plan. This is a GPT-4-based writing tool built into the CRM for emails, listing descriptions, texts, and social captions. You do not pay extra for it. For a $49 CRM, it is a legitimately good implementation: you pick a contact or context, prompt it, and it drafts in place instead of making you tab out to ChatGPT and paste back in. It will not win against a dedicated copy tool, but it removes the blank-page problem from daily follow-up, and at this tier that is the job.

2. The Lead Conversion AI Bot. A separate, credit-billed add-on. This is the product that actually texts your leads, responds to inquiries, asks qualifying questions, and books appointments while you sleep. It is not included in the $49, and its pricing is not on the official pricing page at all. Per third-party reporting, it is credit-based and works out to roughly $1.50 per conversation, with a starter pack around $15 for 10 credits. Treat those numbers as reported until you see them in your own account, because Wise Agent only surfaces the exact rate in-app.

Why does this matter? Because “Wise Agent has AI included” and “Wise Agent’s AI costs extra” are both true, about different products, and reviews that merge them either oversell the base plan or unfairly ding the pricing. If you are comparing Wise Agent’s bot against dedicated AI ISAs, the per-conversation model is actually the interesting part: a solo agent handling 40 lead conversations a month pays around $60 in credits, reported, versus $499 per month base for a true conversational AI platform like Structurely. The Wise Agent bot is shallower, but for low lead volumes the economics are hard to argue with.

Faz says: Ask a Wise Agent rep “is the AI included?” and the truthful answer is yes and no. The writing assistant is free with the plan. The bot that talks to your leads bills by the conversation. Get the bot’s current credit rate in writing inside your trial account before you build your follow-up plan around it.

Pricing: the add-on math nobody else does

Here is the full official add-on grid, and then what a real configuration costs.

Add-on Price Notes
Extra team members (batch of 5) $20/mo Extends the shared login beyond the included 5
Individual login $20/mo each Separate credentials, permissions, and activity per person
WiseText SMS $11/mo per 1,000 credits Plus $80 one-time carrier registration (see below)
Lead enhancement $5/mo Appends data to sparse lead records
Extra landing pages $5/mo Beyond the included set
Extra WiseSocial account $20/mo Additional social profile on the WiseSocial tier
Lead Conversion AI Bot ~$1.50/conversation (reported) Credit-billed, not on the official pricing page; verify in-app

About that $80: it is a one-time A2P 10DLC carrier registration fee, and it is not a Wise Agent invention. US carriers require registration for application-to-person texting, and virtually every CRM that offers texting eats this cost or passes it through. Wise Agent passes it through and discloses it quietly, which is why it reads as a gotcha the first time you see it. It is industry-standard plumbing, just rarely spelled out.

Now the configurations. This is the table we wish had existed when we started pricing this tool:

Line item Solo agent, working setup 5-person team, individual logins + texting
Base CRM plan $49 $49
Individual logins $0 (owner login included) $80 (4 extra logins at $20 each)
WiseText SMS (1,000 credits) $11 $11
Lead Conversion AI Bot (est. 40 conversations) ~$60 (reported credit rate) ~$60 (reported credit rate)
Monthly total without the bot $60/mo $140/mo
Monthly total with the bot ~$120/mo ~$200/mo
One-time carrier registration $80 $80
Effective per-agent (without bot) $60 $28

Read that honestly and two things are true at once. The useful version of Wise Agent costs 1.2x to 4x the sticker depending on your configuration. And even at $140 per month, a 5-person team pays about $28 per agent, which still undercuts Follow Up Boss ($69 per user), Real Geeks ($399 per team), and every all-in-one platform we cover. The sticker is a starting bid, but the auction still ends cheap.

One more pricing note that deserves credit: these numbers have been stable for years. In a segment where we routinely write entire posts about stale price grids and silent increases, Wise Agent’s page saying the same thing year after year is itself a data point about how the company operates.

WiseSocial: the tier the 2024 reviews missed

The $69 CRM + WiseSocial tier ($59 on annual) is the newest meaningful change to the product, and because most Wise Agent reviews on page one were written in or before 2024, almost none of them cover it.

WiseSocial is powered by Back At You Media, a social media marketing firm, and bundled into the plan rather than sold as a referral. It auto-posts your listings to your social accounts and turns listings into branded videos within 48 hours. Extra social accounts beyond the included one run $20 per month each.

In our assessment, the $20 monthly jump is easy to justify if you currently pay anyone anything to keep your social profiles alive, and easy to skip if social is not part of your lead strategy. The listing videos are template-driven, so do not expect bespoke creative. What you are buying is consistency: the account posts whether you remember to or not. If you want heavier AI-driven marketing than this, that is the point where you have outgrown Wise Agent and should be reading our best AI tools for real estate agents pillar instead.

Who Wise Agent is for

Solo agents on a budget. At $49 to $60 per month all-in, nothing else gives you a full CRM, drip campaigns, transaction management, landing pages, and an included GPT-4 writing assistant. If your alternative is a spreadsheet and memory, this is the upgrade.

Small teams that can share. The 5-members-on-one-login model is unusual and, for a tight team that does not need per-agent permissioning, absurdly cheap. Teams that need accountability per agent should budget the $20-per-login line from day one.

LionDesk refugees. LionDesk was sunset by Lone Wolf at the end of September 2025, and its displaced users are exactly Wise Agent’s profile: budget-first, CRM-only, allergic to platform contracts. We named Wise Agent the budget landing spot for that migration in our Follow Up Boss alternatives post, and it plays the same role in our Market Leader alternatives roundup for agents who want to keep their own leads and drop the bundled-leads bill.

Agents leaving all-in-ones. If you are exiting a $400-plus platform like the ones in our Real Geeks alternatives or Lofty alternatives guides and you realize you only ever used the CRM half, Wise Agent is the smallest honest landing spot. Just know what you are giving up, which brings us to the limitations.

The honest limitations

The interface is dated and cluttered. This is the number one theme in user reviews and it matched our experience. Everything is there; nothing is where a 2026 product would put it. Expect a real learning curve and some daily friction.

The 500-email-per-day send cap. The base plan caps outbound email at 500 per day. For most solo agents this is invisible. For anyone running a large farm or newsletter list, it is a hard wall, and it is the kind of limit you discover mid-campaign. High-volume mailers should pair Wise Agent with a dedicated email tool or pick a different CRM.

Feature depth is basic. Automation is rule-based and shallow next to Follow Up Boss or Lofty. Reporting is functional, not analytical. The AI bot is a per-conversation responder, not a full AI ISA with voice, appointment orchestration, and long-horizon nurture. And there is no IDX website in the box: Wise Agent is a CRM, not a platform.

Add-on creep is real. As the math above shows, the gap between the advertised price and the working price is 20 percent to 300 percent depending on configuration. We think the total is still fair. We also think Wise Agent should put the AI bot’s pricing on the pricing page.

One aggregator note: G2 floats a “$32 to $326” price range for Wise Agent. Ignore it. It is aggregator noise that matches nothing on the official page, and the real range is the table above.

Saru says: The 500-email daily cap is the sneakiest limit here because nothing warns you until you hit it. Count your database before you buy. Over about 3,000 contacts on a twice-weekly cadence, you will bump the ceiling and need to stagger sends or bolt on an email tool.

Verdict: 4.1/5, the rare cheap tool that is honestly cheap

Wise Agent earns its 4.1. The core promise, a complete real estate CRM at $49 per month that five people can share, is real, verified, and years-stable, and the included GPT-4 writing assistant means even the base plan ships working AI. The deductions are for the dated interface, the shallow depth relative to modern platforms, the email cap, and the gap between sticker and working price once texting, logins, and the credit-billed Lead Conversion AI Bot enter the picture.

Buy it if you are a solo agent or small team that wants a real CRM at the lowest defensible price, and go in with the add-on table above so your budget matches reality: about $60 per month solo, about $140 for a 5-person team with individual logins and texting, plus the one-time $80 carrier registration. Skip it if you need IDX websites, deep automation, or serious email volume, and use our alternatives guides to route yourself by what you actually need. Fourteen-day trial, no contract, nothing to lose but the setup time.
