7 Best Lofty Alternatives in 2026 (Half the Tools Other Lists Recommend Are Dead)
Search for Lofty alternatives right now and you will find ranking lists that confidently recommend kvCORE and BoomTown as two of your best options. Here is the problem: both of those brands are dead. Inside Real Estate folded kvCORE and BoomTown into a single platform called BoldTrail in mid-2024, which means half the “alternatives” on page one are the same product wearing two retired name tags. If a list still sells them as separate escape routes, it was written from a stale spreadsheet, not from the 2026 market.
The second problem is Lofty itself. Lofty, which was Chime until its November 2023 rebrand, publishes no pricing at all. We confirmed on July 18, 2026 that every figure on its site sits behind a demo request. The most credible third-party reporting (TheClose, June 17, 2026) puts Core at $449/mo plus a $500 setup fee, Premier at $700/mo plus $1,000 setup for 15 users, and Enterprise at $1,500/mo plus $2,000 setup for 100 users. All reported, none official, and that opacity is a big part of why agents start shopping. Our Lofty pricing breakdown reconciles every known figure by source and date.
So this list does two jobs: it routes you to seven alternatives that actually exist in 2026, and it maps each one to the specific reason you are leaving. Every price below is labeled official or reported, with dates.
Lofty alternatives at a glance
| Alternative | Switch reason it solves | 2026 pricing | Pricing transparency |
|---|---|---|---|
| Follow Up Boss | You want month-to-month terms and a bill you can read | $69/user/mo Grow, $58 annual (official) | Published in full |
| BoldTrail | You want the same all-in-one shape from the kvCORE/BoomTown successor | Reported ~$499+/mo individual, $1,000+ enterprise | Quote-gated |
| Real Geeks | You want a flat, published, all-in-one price | $399/mo + $500 setup, 2 users (official) | Published in full |
| Sierra Interactive | You want a stronger IDX site with published tiers | $299.95 to $599.95/mo annual billing (official) | Published in full |
| CINC | You want ads and lead flow managed for you | Reported $899 to $1,500/mo base, $1,800 to $3,500+ all-in | Quote-gated |
| Ylopo | You want a stronger AI ad engine on a CRM you control | Reported ~$795/mo core + ad spend + ~$1,500 setup | Quote-gated |
| Wise Agent | You want out of platform-sized bills entirely | $49/mo or $499/yr, up to 5 users (official) | Published in full |
Four of the seven publish full price lists, which is four more than Lofty. Every “reported” figure is dated in its section below.
1. Follow Up Boss: the default off-ramp
What it does. Follow Up Boss is the open-ecosystem CRM of residential real estate: no bundled website, no ad engine, just a fast follow-up machine with 250+ integrations that connects to whatever lead sources and site you choose.
Vs Lofty. This is the architectural opposite of Lofty’s walled garden, and it is where the largest share of platform leavers land. The pricing contrast does the selling: Grow at $69/user/mo ($58 on annual billing), Pro at $499/mo for up to 10 users ($416 annual), and Platform at $1,000/mo for up to 30 users ($833 annual), all published, all month-to-month capable (official, followupboss.com, July 2026). Against Lofty’s reported $449/mo plus $500 setup before you add anything, a solo agent on Grow cuts the software line item by roughly 85 percent, at the cost of sourcing a website and lead gen separately. Full seat math is in our Follow Up Boss pricing guide, and we run the direct matchup in Lofty vs Follow Up Boss. One diligence note: Zillow acquired Follow Up Boss in December 2023, and it continues to run as an independent brand.
In our runs. FUB is the CRM our test agents kept using voluntarily after the evaluation ended. The action-first inbox and phone-native workflow make daily follow-up feel like a checklist, not a dashboard tour.
Who it’s for. Agents and teams who decided the real lesson of leaving Lofty is to never let one vendor own the site, the database, and the ad budget at the same time.
Honest limitation. FUB replaces only the CRM layer. You still need a website and lead generation, which means more vendors and, for lead-gen-hungry teams, possibly a higher total bill than Lofty’s bundle.
2. BoldTrail: the closest all-in-one match, and the answer to the dead-brand problem
What it does. BoldTrail is Inside Real Estate’s flagship platform: IDX websites, CRM, marketing automation, and back office in one suite. It is the direct successor to both kvCORE and BoomTown, which were folded into it in mid-2024.
Vs Lofty. If you like Lofty’s shape and just want a different vendor, BoldTrail is the most like-for-like swap on this list, and it is the single correct replacement for every stale list still recommending kvCORE and BoomTown separately. The catch is that you are trading one quote-gated contract for another: BoldTrail publishes no pricing, with third-party reports around $499 and up per month for individual agents and $1,000 and up for enterprise setups (reported, 2026). That is in the same band as Lofty’s reported $449 Core, so this switch is about vendor preference and product fit, not savings. For context on the name, Keller Williams filed a trademark suit over the BoldTrail brand in January 2025, per Inman; that is a naming dispute, not a product issue. If you end up comparing exits from both platforms, our BoldTrail alternatives guide keeps that lane separate.
In our runs. The platform is genuinely broad, and the back-office layer (the former Brokermint) is something Lofty does not match. Breadth cuts both ways: expect a real onboarding lift.
Who it’s for. Teams and brokerages that want the full all-in-one category done by the biggest consolidator in the space, and ex-BoomTown or ex-kvCORE agents evaluating where their old product actually went.
Honest limitation. Quote-only pricing means you cannot budget this switch from public information, which is exactly the complaint that sends many agents away from Lofty in the first place.
3. Real Geeks: best value all-in-one at a flat $399
What it does. Real Geeks is one of the longest-running IDX website plus CRM combos in the industry, and one of the very few platforms in Lofty’s category that publishes its entire price list.
Vs Lofty. Real Geeks costs $399/mo plus a $500 one-time setup fee, including two users and the IDX site (official, realgeeks.com, July 18, 2026). Extra users run $25/mo for users 3 to 10, $10 for 11 to 40, and $5 for 41 to 100, with IDX feeds at $10 per board per month. Done-for-you lead packages are $299/mo for Social, $599/mo for Search, and $599/mo for Seller, and Geek AI Text costs $49/mo but comes free with any lead package. Against Lofty’s reported $449 plus $500 setup, you save roughly $50/mo and, more importantly, you know your number before the sales call. Two caveats: these are the post-June 2025 figures (base rose from $299 to $399 and setup doubled to $500, per Real Geeks’ 2025 pricing update, since removed from its support pages; archived coverage confirms the change), so ignore any list still quoting $249 to $299 with $250 setup. And Geek AI Email and Voice were still marked Coming Soon as of July 2026. Full ladder math is in our Real Geeks pricing breakdown.
In our runs. The interface shows its age next to Lofty’s, but the funnel works, the site converts, and support has a strong long-tenure reputation.
Who it’s for. Solo agents and small teams who want Lofty’s category at a published flat rate and can live without the AI bells until they ship.
Honest limitation. Geek AI is text-only today, so if Lofty’s AI Sales Agent was the feature you actually used, Real Geeks does not yet replace it end to end.
4. Sierra Interactive: best IDX site plus CRM, with published tiers
What it does. Sierra Interactive pairs some of the fastest, most search-friendly IDX websites in the industry with a follow-up-focused CRM, and publishes every tier on its pricing page.
Vs Lofty. Sierra’s sites are the draw: if Lofty’s website product underwhelmed you, this is the upgrade path. Pricing is fully public, with one rule we will keep repeating: always check the billing cadence. On annual billing, Starter is $299.95/mo for 1 user, Essential $399.95/mo for 3 users, and Growth $599.95/mo for 5 users, with $0 setup. On monthly billing those become $359.95, $474.95, and $724.95 plus a $500 setup fee (official, sierrainteractive.com, July 18, 2026). The AI layer, Lead Engage, costs $199/mo, is not available on Starter, and carries a reported 12-month commitment. Google PPC management runs 10 percent of spend with a $500 minimum, and Facebook campaigns cost $75/mo Lite or $200/mo Full. We stack the full scenarios in our Sierra Interactive pricing guide.
In our runs. Sierra’s IDX search speed and site polish beat every quote-gated platform in this post, and the CRM is built for follow-up discipline rather than dashboard theater.
Who it’s for. Agents and teams of one to ten who left Lofty over website quality or pricing opacity and want both fixed at once.
Honest limitation. The AI ISA is a $199/mo add-on that skips the cheapest tier, so a Starter solo cannot buy Sierra’s answer to Lofty’s AI Sales Agent at all.
5. CINC: the Lofty-scale lead-gen machine
What it does. CINC is an all-in-one platform where the product is really the lead pipeline: IDX site, CRM, and Google and Meta ad campaigns run for you by CINC’s in-house team. It has been owned by Fidelity National Financial since August 2016, a $229M deal, so the ownership story is long settled.
Vs Lofty. CINC competes above Lofty’s price point, not below it. Pricing is quote-gated, with reported base plans at $899 to $1,500/mo and realistic all-in costs of $1,800 to $3,500 and up once the mandatory ad spend is included (reported, 2026). The one official number is CINC AI at $200/mo, which CINC’s own documentation confirms is powered by Structurely; a dialer add-on is reported around $75/mo. So the honest framing for a Lofty leaver is this: if Lofty’s ad management and AI ISA were the point but underdelivered at your spend level, CINC is the same bet made bigger, with a professional ad team attached. If Lofty already felt expensive, scroll on. Full fee math and exit terms live in our CINC pricing guide.
In our runs. CINC’s lead routing and team accountability dashboards are the most brokerage-grade in this post, clearly built for high-volume teams.
Who it’s for. Teams and brokerages ready to commit a real monthly ad budget in exchange for managed lead volume they do not have to run themselves.
Honest limitation. You are doubling down on the managed-platform model, including its lock-in: CINC’s terms reserve ownership of CINC-provided domains, so ask in writing what happens to your site and its search equity if you leave.
6. Ylopo: the best AI ad engine, paired with a CRM you control
What it does. Ylopo is not a CRM. It is a lead generation and AI nurture layer, with dynamic listing ads and an AI text and voice assistant now branded Ylopo AI (formerly rAIya), designed to sit on top of an external CRM, most commonly Follow Up Boss.
Vs Lofty. This is the pick when Lofty’s AI and ad engine were the features you cared about and the rest of the platform was baggage. Ylopo’s dynamic ad machine and AI follow-up are, in our testing, stronger than the bundled equivalents inside any all-in-one here. Pricing is quote-gated: reported figures put a sites-only tier around $345/mo and the core platform around $795/mo, plus your ad spend and a setup fee reported around $1,500 (reported, 2026; full sourcing in our Ylopo pricing guide). Pair it with Follow Up Boss and the software stack lands near Lofty Premier territory before ad budget, but with the database living in a CRM you own the relationship with. We run the head-to-head in Lofty vs Ylopo, and if you later outgrow Ylopo too, our Ylopo alternatives guide keeps that lane separate.
In our runs. Ylopo AI’s text follow-up produced the most human-sounding lead conversations of any tool in this post.
Who it’s for. Teams of roughly 2 to 25 that want best-in-class AI ad nurture and are happy to run FUB alongside it.
Honest limitation. It is a two-vendor stack by design: two bills, two support teams, and integration setup that is on you.
7. Wise Agent: the $49 budget escape hatch
What it does. Wise Agent is a veteran real estate CRM with transaction management, drip campaigns, and landing pages at a price that looks like a typo next to everything above it.
Vs Lofty. Wise Agent costs $49/mo or $499/yr, covers up to 5 team members, and runs month-to-month with no contract; a bundle with its WiseSocial marketing add-on is $69/mo or $699/yr (official, wiseagent.com, July 18, 2026). That is roughly one ninth of Lofty’s reported Core price for the CRM fundamentals: contact management, automated follow-up, and transaction tracking. There is no IDX website empire and no ad engine here, and that is the point. If the honest audit of your Lofty usage shows you paid $449/mo plus setup for features you never opened, this is the exit that fixes the actual problem.
In our runs. The interface is dated but fast to learn, and the checklist-driven transaction side is genuinely useful for solo operations.
Who it’s for. Solo agents and small teams downsizing from platform-sized bills who need a dependable CRM, not a lead machine.
Honest limitation. No native AI ISA and no bundled lead gen, so anyone who relied on Lofty’s AI Sales Agent will need to add tools from our best AI tools for real estate agents roundup to rebuild that layer.
And if the $49 escape hatch is calling, our hands-on Wise Agent review prices the whole add-on stack so you know what the sticker leaves out.
Verdict: route by leaving reason, not by ranking
There is no universal best Lofty alternative, because “leaving Lofty” is at least five different problems. If quote-gated pricing is what wore you down, go where the numbers are public: Follow Up Boss at $69/user, Real Geeks at $399 flat, or Sierra Interactive’s published tiers. If you want the same all-in-one shape from a different vendor, BoldTrail is the closest match, and the only living successor to the kvCORE and BoomTown names that stale lists keep recommending. If you want more lead-gen firepower, CINC scales the managed model up, and Ylopo plus FUB gives you the strongest AI ad engine on an open stack. If the bill was the whole problem, Wise Agent gets you out for $49.
Before you sign anything, do three things: confirm your data export rights in writing, check the billing cadence and setup fees against the official-versus-reported labels above, and read our Lofty pricing breakdown so you know exactly what number you are comparing against. Half the lists on page one could not tell you which of these platforms still exist. Now you can.
